Avaya Support Advantage identifies the system-generated-alarms of the client and resolves them. “This service implements security policy through Avaya Secure Access Link Policy Server to reduce network security risks,” explains Lyons. Also, NACR’s IP Office Managed Services enhance the performance of Avaya’s IP office Solution. NACR offers three levels of services: Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. IP Office Services Silver Tier provides a connectivity server to facilitate monitoring of IP Office alarms.The Gold tier service monitors incidents and reports it to the client. The third tier, Platinum, incorporates NACR’s management of any software updates in the IP Office updated in Avaya.

For instance, one of NACR’s clients used PBX phones and hosted PBX systems with digital phones attached at all locations to control their communications spread globally.

The system was expensive because of the amount of hardware and maintenance required. Enabled with Avaya Aura System Platform technology, the client integrated NACR’s Avaya Aura Solution for Midsize Enterprise with various Avaya applications in a single server. Using the solution, they streamlined the required equipments and managed the system efficiently in a common server. The solution offered them to perform moves and changes effortlessly without travelling. The administrator efficiency in the solution permitted the client to troubleshoot and deploy new applications. The need to update applications on multiple servers was not required as Avaya Aura Solution for Midsized Enterprise is accessed through a single server. “Our company works with Avaya to provide best-in-class solution to resolve customers needs and exceed their expectations,” says Lyons.
